Tryggr will be focusing heavily on Ashes of Creation as our primary focused game. This does not mean we won't be playing other more minor games. It does however mean that we plan to have most of our resources placed in the development and improvement of our guild and community centered around Ashes of Creation. This includes but not limited to recruiting, branding, positioning, and events.

From the last member survey, we have set our eyes on the Snowy Mountain Coast line. That is the far east continent where we'll be building up hopefully an economic node. As such we have a few options that we may choose from. Now we don't know the suspected nodes type but we can have an idea of that once we establish an encampment hopefully.

Node 1

Snowy Mountain/Hilly Coastal

This node has several things going for it, for one it is against the coast like we want and second it still can provide some trees from the surrounding mountians for the lumber. It does have a little bay area as well which would be beneficial for defence. That's not to say that its not an excellent place to have our guild expand from.

Node 2

Snowy Mountain Coastal

Our second option is a little Closer from the woods but still on a coastal front. This one is more than likely an actual docking port node. Which would mean an actual harbor to build of off, as well as commerce and transportation access that comes along with such things. This Node will more than likely be an Economic node that we want but it is still a guess. We could still use this node as a branching off point for the two island nodes if we so choose to for expansion.

With this we have centered our structure more around our discord and have incorporated a way for members to be able to advance in the guild and other politics that they wish to take up.

Elder Jarls of the Council

Community Manager

We will have a core Administration of Community Managers. These members are at the core of anything Tryggr is involved in. They are responsible for the maintence of the community on a meta level. This includes but is not limited to the update and maintenance of the website/discord/Community real life events/ect.

In game these members represent the guild founders. They may or may not hold an officer position and will be the first to branch off from the main guild to establish a secondary guild if necessary.

We break the ground to make way for the myth's and legends of our people. Just as the bow of the ship breaks the waves to make way for the ship. For we ensure that our people can always brave a storm.
No matter if our dwelling is a fragile shack of sticks and mud, it is ours and we will meet the enemy in the field rather than at our door.

Jarl Council

Community Council

We have a Community Council who will be the voice of our members in and out of game. They are the ones who will help with any game theories and planning that may occur. They will be monitoring and moderating any platform the community uses such as discord, forums, telegram, ect.

In game, these members are the representatives of the guild. They may or may not hold an officer position and will be the main point of contact for the Community Managers for feedback, representation of its members, and clan management. This means they will be designated to many clans to keep account of activity and contribution of the in game guild. They will also be the main point of contact for any complaints or suggestions.

Our people will be given the tools to over come the greatest of obstacles that would stand in the way of Tryggr.
Ensuring our rivals know that we stand united and prepared to answer any challenge they may muster.
For power is dangerous. It corrupts the best and attracts the worst. Power is only given to those who are prepared to lower themselves to pick it up.

Clan Jarl

Guild Officer

Clan Jarls will represent a group of members as a voice of reason. These members are the representative for their group in game and out. They will be responsible for setting up events and planning for dungeon raids at specific times. They are the main contact for a siege event and will lead their clan during major battles.

In game these members represent the guild squad leaders. They will hold an officer position and will be the first point of contact regarding a member under their banner(clan). They may operate independent of Tryggr's main Chain of Command unless called to action by a call to arms. Which only a Community manager of the Elder Jarls may enact.

Clan Jarls may not segregate themselves or their clan members from Tryggr as a whole but may conduct events/raids/supply runs without the consent of the Council unless called upon by a call to arms.

We are the one's who sharpen the blades along side the minds of our people. If ever there was a failure, it was not due to the incapability of the person and rather the failure of the plan.
It is better to fight and fall than to live without hope. So show me you have what it takes to stand next me in the field.
